I have ordered and agree that should I exceed the amount of time any part thereof I will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour.

I further agree to authorize A Charleston Wedding to charge my Credit Card should I fail to keep my agreement, cancel after booking or for overtime charges. Should my event be canceled, I understand that no refund will be given. I understand that A Charleston Wedding will charge my card within 7 days of my wedding/event unless I have paid balance in full. A deposit of $50.00 is due at time of booking.
