PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
1) DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
2) Customers are liable for damages to vehicles
3) Customers are responsible for any glassware removed or damaged ($10 each)
4) No illegal actions or substances allowed.
5) Any Sickness will result in a $250 surcharge
6) The limo will not idle for more than 20 minutes with the air condition running.
7) Balance due two (2) weeks prior to service.
8) The time you are paying for begins when the limo arrives at the pick up location and ends when you have been returned to your final destination. Any use of the vehicle that extends past the contracted time is charged in an hourly rate as contracted and I herby give permission for my card to be charged for such overtime.
9) Do not try to overload the car with people. Only 10, 8 or 6 (depending on vehicle) persons will safely and comfortably fit in the car. Do not exceed this number, at the driver will not accommodate more than snumber allowed per vehicle. No Smoking in the Vehicle.
10) Make sure you have left nothing in the car at end of run. This is your responsibility and we will accept absolutely no liability for anything you may have left behind.
11) You are not able to decorate the car.
12) There will be a $25. Fee for a check returned by your bank for any reason.
13) Do not ask the driver to drive the car on muddy roads, soft sand, torn up roads, or go up steep driveways.
14) The driver's primary responsibility (in addition to transporting you safely) is to safeguard the car. Do not ask him to do anything that would require him to leave it. These cars are never left unattended.
15) If you want the car parked at a particular place at a church, reception facility, etc., it will be your responsibility to see that a space for the limo is reserved. For security reasons, the limo will not wait in dark or unguarded areas. At the driver's discretion, he may decide the waiting area is unsafe and will leave. It will be your responsibility to get with the driver and arrange and exact time for him to return. You can change your itinerary during the run if you like, however, it will be your absolute responsibility to communicate directly and clearly to the driver where to go and when you want the car to be back.
16) Eating or smoking in any of the cars is totally prohibited
17) In the sole judgement of the driver, if he determines that the behavior of you or your guests for any reason is out of control, unsafe, illegal, dangerous or irresponsible to lives and property, he can terminate the run on the spot and order all occupants out of the car and then drive off. He may or may not issue a WARNING before he takes this action. If this happens, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
